being for several years with you, the old web societal page (end her editor) will retire to give place for a new, contemporary, nicer and let's hope, more current official web you can find at www.smd.si. This way the Slovenian Microbiological Society would also like to mark the 1st FEMS Congress, taking place in Ljubljana.

* A series of further EFB events, workshops, conferences and symposia are organized by the EFB Sections and Task Groups.

Please don't hesitate to contact us any time if you have further comments or suggestions regarding EFB activities or requests for further EFB material.

we are very glad we could find a link to our site also at the server of the University of Birmingham (U. K.)  http://web.bham.ac.uk/bcm4ght6/soc.html
where we are in the company of still not very many societies that appear on the Web. This was an additional reason why we have now also an English speaking page
(in spite being a modest one) !
