The Organizing Secretariat has arranged the accommodation at various hotels in Bled. All hotels are within 5 minutes walking distance from the Festival Hall. For details see map on the next side. Those wishing to reserve a room at one of the hotels booked by the Organizing Secretariat should submit the hotel accommodation form before May 31st, 2004 to:

We remind you that, since the dates of the Meeting coincide with the high season period in Bled, the availability of rooms might be limited and cannot be guaranteed after May 31st, 2004 and therefore we advise you to book well in advance.

METHODS of HOTEL PAYMENTS
Booking is on a first come, first served basis and will be valid upon receipt of the deposit ( 100). The deposit sent will be deducted from the final bill to be paid directly to the hotel by the participants. The deposit required must be sent in Euro to CRA-Domžale.

CANCELLATION and REFUND
Cancellation or booking changes can only be made in writing to CRA-Domžale.
•Cancellation received before June 15th, 2004: -> full refund, deducted booking fee.
•Cancellation received after June 15th, 2004: -> no refund.
•No cancellation notice -> no refund.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of no-show. All refunds will be processed after the Meeting.

TOPLICE **** The oldest hotel in Bled. A charming “Belle Epoque” hotel, built above a thermal spring. Magnificent views of the lake. 205 beds, restaurant, American bar, bridge room, thermal baths and private beach, boathouse, swimming pool, sauna, massage.
	PARK **** Only 200 m from the Congress Centre. 400 beds, 3 restaurants, conference halls, indoor thermal water swimming pool, sauna, massage, fitness, whirlpool, coffee bar, pizzeria, patisserie, casino. Comfortable rooms with large glass-sided balconies overlooking the lake and the castle.
GOLF **** A modern hotel, set above the centre of the resort. Wonderful views over the lake and the surrounding countryside. Particularly suitable for those who wish to relax in the peaceful set-tings of Bled. 290 beds, restaurant, cafe with garden terrace, conference and banquet halls, Taverna a la carte restaurant, hairdresser, in-door and outdoor swimming pools with thermal water, sauna, massage, tennis, fitness studio.
	KOMPAS **** In serene surroundings in the immediate proximity of the spectacular Lake Bled, the guests of the Kompas hotel enjoy a beautiful view of Bled and the splendid Julian Alps. A newly renovated four star hotel with period furniture offers its guests a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. 158 beds, conference hall, coffee bar and pizzeria, outdoor swimming pool.
JELOVICA *** A pleasant hotel, known for its recreational facilities, situated above the spa-park and very near to the Congress Centre. 188 beds, conference halls, indoor swimming pool, bistro with garden, sauna, medical and recreational facilities, sauna, whirlpool, solarium, fitness studio, massage, medical programmes.
	ASTORIA *** A well kept economy style hotel, situated in the heart of Bled just 300 m from the lake shore. 150 beds, conference hall, traditional medicine clinic, coffee bar with terrace, parking space.
KRIM *** A friendly economy class hotel at the entrance to Bled. Immediate vicinity of the central parking place and the Sport Hall. 150 beds, sauna, solarium.
